Job Overview

Energy Concepts Corporation (ECC Solar) is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Filing applications for permits, 811, and utility interconnects.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Perform errands as needed to support office and project needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Order and receive equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are available for projects.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email, word processing, spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • A typical work week is 40 hours, Monday through Friday.
