Job Overview
Energy Concepts Corporation is seeking a motivated Systems Installer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to install a variety of systems including: solar, generators, pumps, heat pumps (mini-splits), and custom backup power solutions. We will provide training as needed, and this position offers the chance to learn valuable skills in electrical and plumbing as you cross train with other team members.
Responsibilities
- Installation of solar panels, batteries, inverters, generators, heat pumps, and backup power systems.
- Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality, efficient installations and repairs.
- Participate in training and skill development to advance in the trade.
Requirements
- Prior field experience is required, but additional training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong interest in learning additional electrical and/or plumbing skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to safety and integrity in all work performed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Typical work week is 40 hours, Monday through Friday, with some overtime.
